Welcome to The Edible Journey, a vibrant space where nourishing whole foods, natural skincare, and meal plan solutions come together to inspire health and vitality. Designed to encourage self-care and culinary inspiration, our eclectic space offers a fresh organic Juice Bar with green smoothies, daily juices, wheatgrass, and Immune Booster Shots. We are committed to sustainability, using compostable straws made from cornstarch and reeds, and most of our packaging is made from paper, leaves, or glass. We even offer a bottle return on all glass containers!

Our fresh, healthy salad bar is filled with vibrant veggies, microgreens, whole grains, legumes, nuts, seeds, and even some bacon, complemented by in-house dressings made with superfoods. We also sell locally grown organic microgreens and wheatgrass. Craving something sweet? We offer delicious, healthy desserts that are wheat and dairy-free with low sugar. During the colder months, we’ll warm you up with nutrient-rich, healing soups, and in the summer, enjoy refreshing iced beverages and popsicles.
