Located in the heart of Elgin County, the St. Thomas-Elgin Public Art Centre (STEPAC) has been a cornerstone of the region’s visual arts community since 1969. STEPAC is dedicated to promoting visual arts through an extensive permanent collection and by hosting 16 exhibitions annually, featuring local, regional, and international artists.
