Through the Lens Photography in Elgin County Exhibit

Visitors can experience the history of Elgin County through photography in Through the Lens. The exhibit highlights photograph studios from around the County, such as the Scott Studio and Stollery Studio, as well as showcases historic cameras and materials from the museum’s collection, including the Brownie Camera, developed  by Vienna-born Frank Brownell. Through the Lens also features photographs from throughout Elgin County, from photograph studios, newspaper articles, family photo albums, and private collectors.
