A collage of five scenes from the Light Up Talbot event in downtown St. Thomas: a large Christmas tree lit with golden lights surrounded by people; a horse-drawn wagon carrying passengers along a decorated street; a crowd gathered near City Hall with a lit tree in the foreground; a musician performing outdoors under colorful lights; and a wooden signpost with arrows pointing to Candy Cane Lane, Wagon Rides, Warming Stations, and Christmas Magic.
Crowd gathered in front of St. Thomas City Hall during the Light Up Talbot event. A large Christmas tree decorated with golden lights stands on the left, while people in festive clothing walk and gather in the street under the illuminated clock tower.
